Prices that include VAT
The price on the shelf is the price at the till. RavezaPos works out the VAT inside each price (16%, 0% or exempt) and shows it on the receipt.
M-Pesa at the till
Send the payment request from the sale screen. The sale is marked paid when Safaricom confirms it.
Pre-packed weights
Sell flour, sugar and rice as 1/2 kg, 1 kg and 2 kg items, each with its own price and barcode.
Built around KRA eTIMS
RavezaPos creates an invoice record for every sale, with a queue that retries and a screen where managers can see what is waiting. The live connection to KRA is still being finished. Until it is switched on, receipts never claim to be KRA-filed.
